  I purchased a new LG gas range from Lowe’s. 10 days after installation, our carbon monoxide detectors went off, and the Fire Department responded in full SCBA gear due to dangerous CO levels. Xcel Energy red-tagged the unit, explicitly stating the range was not jetted properly, creating massive cooktop flames and leaking hazardous CO into our home. When I called Lowe’s, I was told that because I did not use a Lowe’s credit card and it had been past 48 hours since delivery, they would not assist us or take responsibility for selling a severe fire and life-safety hazard. Refusing to help a family left without a way to cook due to a life-threatening defect is completely unacceptable. Trying to get help from Lowe’s was a nightmare. Calls went unanswered repeatedly, and when staff finally picked up, they were annoyed, rude, and showed zero sympathy for our family being left without a way to cook. They repeatedly brushed off a severe life-safety issue, claiming that because we didn't use a Lowe's credit card and it was past 48 hours, they couldn't help and just kept telling us to call LG. Selling a hazardous defect and offering hostile customer service is completely unacceptable.

  Someone should report them to the Better Business Bureau, with how they treat their employees, let alone their customers, the store manager Kylee seems to be trying to hide something with how many good employees are getting fired/quitting left and right. A lot of loyal customers are going out of their way to avoid Lowe's, especially since they dont care about you unless you have a Lowe's card, and even then they would rather waste your time.

  When we were at Lowes in Glenwood Springs Colorado today- Kederyk, Max, Alexis and Luis helped us load lumber and they were all super friendly and awesome! 5 🌟

  I am very frustrated with Lowes and their lack of professionalism and accountability. My mom bought a fridge from them last week which was a special order and would be shipped and delivered from Denver. The delivery was planned for Monday 8/10. On Monday they called to reschedule it and for today which we didn’t think much about. She took the day off from work to ensure everything went as planned. Today she received an automated email stating the delivery window was from 730am-1130am. At 9:34am she received a call from the drivers stating they were from Denver and not familiar with Glenwood and were lost but were on their way. To simplify things for the delivery drivers, my mom had already cleared the fridge and taken the doors off so it would fit through the doors, and they could haul the old one (a service she paid for by the way). She took the time to give them simple directions over the phone and even shared her live location with them via text. Next thing you know it was noon and no word from the delivery nor a phone call. She tried calling the phone number they called her multiple times, and no one answered. This is where she called me and I got involved. I called the local Lowes in Glenwood where she purchased the fridge and took me about an hour to finally get a hold of someone. I spoke to Kylie Franz who to my understanding is a manager and explained the situation to her. Kylie basically told me there was nothing she could do as deliveries were handled by a 3rd party company and was no help whatsoever. All she did was point the fingers at the other company and pass me their number. Last I checked we bought the fridge from Lowes as that’s what our receipt says and paid Lowes for the product and service but somehow, it’s not their problem. I was on hold with deliveries at Denver for about 30 minutes before I spoke to someone (Robert) and explained the situation. Robert reached out to the drivers who said they couldn’t find the address, so they skipped the delivery and were on their way back to Denver. They never called again to ask for the address or called my mom at all to let her know she wasn’t getting her fridge today. Robert read the address to me to which I confirmed it was correct. The drivers thought it was easier to just not do the delivery and go back to Denver instead of doing their job and doing the responsible thing and call the customer. He then said it was our fault because on Monday they stopped by to deliver and no one was home and no one answered the phone. This is a complete lie as there is always someone home and they were the ones who on Monday reached out letting her know it would be rescheduled for today (Friday). Robert said there was nothing he could do on his end and we needed to call dispatch to reschedule. I then called dispatch who told me the soonest they could deliver again was Monday and there was nothing they could on their end. Apparently, it is no ones fault and no one takes accountability for anything. They said they could give her a $100 discount but that was up to another manager’s decision. That $100 isn’t even going to cover all the food that is now spoiled as it has been sitting out from the fridge for hours. My mom now must wait without a fridge until Monday and pray that the delivery happens. I am very disappointed and frustrated with Lowes and lack of service. They had no problem taking our money at point of sale and no longer care if the customer is taken care of or not. This shows exactly who Lowes is, a greedy big box corporation who all they care about is making money and can’t even provide a simple service their customer paid for. This is ridiculous.

  Take your business elsewhere, or at least go to the Lowe’s in grand junction instead where the service is 10x better. Been waiting over two weeks to get flooring delivered for scheduling. The flooring was supposed to come on Saturday and when they didn’t arrive, we were informed it got pushed out the following week. We never received any communication from the store or Lowe’s in general about it. We’ve been having to call nonstop just to get bids corrected, flooring status, etc. This Lowe’s never picks up their phone for customers. The work has been paid for as of nearly three weeks and still can’t get it scheduled because of this store. It’s been terrible - never again will we use this store for anything.
