  Highly recommend the assistance we received by Montana at Furniture Row Glenwood Springs. Montana greeted us but let us look around freely without any pressure. When we did ask for his assistance he was quickly at our side with prices, delivery dates and even moved furniture from one side of the store to another so that we could see pieces we liked together. We appreciate Montana’s friendly, calm, no pressure attitude. Thanks!

  We went in looking for a leather sofa and initially had an excellent in-store experience. Jesus, the Assistant Store Manager, was very friendly and professional. Upon completing our purchase, he eagerly asked us to submit a review on their site, which we were happy to do at the time. Unfortunately, the experience changed after delivery. The couch arrived two weeks later missing the base feet. We have called numerous times and even stopped back in the store for an update, only to be told, “I will let you know when they arrive.” It has now been over two months with no updates or follow-up. We are extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and customer service. It’s hard to understand why something as simple as sending replacement base feet has taken this long. At this point, it looks like we may have to build our own. Due to this experience and the lack of follow-through, we would not give them our business again. One month later, we received our sofa feet with Christina's professional follow-through. Much appreciated.

  I had been wanting to buy a new bed for a long time. And when this store came I felt it was time to do it. I went with my wife and the bed came that I didn't like. We returned the next day when we felt confident in the decision. We made the payment in cash. and they told us that it would take 2 weeks to bring the bed for us. Reasonable time was no problem. 2 weeks passed and no one contacted me. I went to the store and they told me that the bed was already in the store. And they told me that they would deliver it the following week since they only deliver apparently on Tuesdays and Fridays. Unfortunately I could not receive it due to travel reasons. and we agreed to receive it next Tuesday upon my return after 1 in the afternoon. And yes they confirmed the shipment but for Tuesday. but an hour and a half before the time I agreed on. I called and asked for a time change and they told me it was not possible. And I asked them to do it on Friday at the time I needed. They never called me again, but I thought that what I had discussed with the person was clear and that they would deliver it on Friday. I even took apart my old bed. The point of all this is that they have a terrible organization. It seems that customers are not important. since no one communicates with them. Today I called to have something resolved quickly but they did nothing. In my opinion they do not have a good organized service. and between them they do not manage a unitary system. Very bad experience with this store. I had to request a refund. They didn't care to solve my problem.

  Great shopping experience! We must have gone in the store 7 times to look at different things. We were always greeted with a smile and given as much room or help as we needed. We asked for many different pricing situations and changed our minds, found something else to find it might not work yet each time all sales people were super helpful and not pushy! Great shopping experience!
