I can’t say enough great things about Hallie at Extra Space Storage! From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly professional, upbeat, and genuinely cared about helping me. Her bubbly, outgoing personality made the entire process easy and stress-free.
As a member of the military, it meant a lot to work with someone who truly understands and supports service members. Hallie went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, work with my situation, and make sure I got exactly what I needed.
She’s knowledgeable, personable, and absolutely on top of her job. If every business had someone like Hallie running the front office, customer service would be on a whole different level. She’s an absolute badass at what she does, and Extra Space Storage is lucky to have her. Highly recommend!
