We bought a farmhouse table with 4 chairs - when delivered the table had a massive scratch & all 4 chairs had cracked wood because they were assembled improperly. At time of delivery they noted the damage but didn’t do anything. After me calling later about the damage we were given some money back but within 4 months the chairs only fell apart more and some are not even functional. The wood on the table is so soft that dropping a fork on it leaves damage marks. The only way we got any help was we had a friend who (briefly) worked there, if not for this I fear the customer service would have been nonexistent.

We needed a new bed frame as we were going up to a King Size, we found what we wanted next door, the price and quality were great so within 30 minutes of walking in we had our shopping done!
- MRMark RobbinsMay 29, 20262.0The staff was very nice and helpful in the show room. We purchased 2 recliner lift chairs for my parents on Saturday of Memorial weekend. We were told they would call us Wednesday to set up a delivery time for next Saturday. This is where it has all gone wrong. No call on Wednesday to discuss delivery so my mom called furniture row on Thursday and was told that it will be a couple more weeks to deliver the chairs. We are now trying to figure out other arrangements to pick them up since 2 weeks doesn’t work. I recommend you just make arrangements to pick up your own furniture if you need it right away.
