Excellent service both times I came in. The furniture is very nice and came with good prices. They even brought selected pieces to the sectional I chose from throughout the store so I could see how it all looked together. That is service! Friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I really had a hard time getting any help during my visit. The floor staff seemed totally uninterested in answering my questions, and the warehouse felt disorganized, which made it difficult to actually find what I was looking for. It was a pretty frustrating experience overall, and I left feeling like I would have had a much easier time shopping somewhere else.

The shopping experience and sales person were good and we found the furniture we wanted at a great price. Some of our items were out of stock so had to be shipped at a later date. That's when things took a bad turn and there was no customer service or help from anyone at that point forward on the back order. They failed in every way, you can't actually talk to a live person, the customer service line drops calls or doesn't return calls and they didn't even show up to deliver our purchase the day we were scheduled. We finally went to the store in Ft Collins so we could talk to a person and cancelled the order for a refund. We went to Happy Home Furniture and they had great customer service where you can talk to a person and great prices. So happy we found them!
