  I saw they had a 3.5 star rating and I had to post- I don't get that! I work with a retirement community all over Colo, these guys have worked on our cooking appliances and our HVAC systems, always great! Techs seem top-notch compared to others. I have even sent my maintenance crew to the Denver sales staff and they always help us out. I can get Hawkins on OT, we even had them this past Easter Sunday, not all companies offer 24/7 anymore. With our codes we can't have certain systems down on any day. I recommend Hawkins.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I called to schedule a service appointment, and the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. As a first-time caller, I needed a moment to gather information and provide accurate details such as my address and service location. Instead of being patient and helpful, the representative came across as rushed, impatient, and dismissive throughout the conversation. When I mentioned that she seemed impatient, she responded by saying that I was being difficult, which only made the interaction more frustrating. Customer service representatives are often the first point of contact for a company, and professionalism, patience, and courtesy should be expected—especially when assisting new customers. Hawkins should invest in better customer service training if they want to retain and attract customers. Based on this experience, I would hesitate to use their services again.

  Your driver that was driving down 92nd in Federal heights today 3/20/2026 around 12:30pm driving vehicle C-27 deserves to be fired! He not only blew by the funeral escorts, he was clearly late going somewhere because he aggressively drove down 92nd to Thornton Parkway. He cut off several cars, flew past yellowish-red lights. It was a 35mph zone! There’s a nearby school! Lots of people who cross and walk in the area. 10/10 would NOT recommend this company. If they can’t drive safely there’s a good chance they will rush through the job you’re paying them to do and not do it properly!

  Used these guys 1 time for a service call and costs almost $1,200.00. Never using them again! I even asked for a quote or estimate and they would not give me anything, buyer beware…
