  There was a mix up in the delivery. Only one chair was delivered but customer service rebounded and found the error and a second chair was delivered immediately. I was a happy customer and appreciated the excellent service. Next time I purchase furniture I’ll be looking up AFW!!

  Worst place to go and shop for furniture, spend more than hour to select and end up knowing nothing in stock poor inventory management and way higher price compare to other store and online. The service was poor, and I ended up receiving the wrong size furniture, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and waste of time. What made the situation worse was my interaction with the manager. I expected a professional and respectful approach to resolving the issue, but the manager’s behavior was unprofessional and did not make me feel that my concerns were being taken seriously.

  Go somewhere else I've always trusted AFW for quality furniture. Yet as of today, I havent received an update on a service technician response on my standing desk It's leaking oil on the lower right side. I reported the problem in June. Yet I was in the hospital and physical rehabilitation center for two months. The technician came on June 30. He stated he had never seen that. Yet I researched this type of standing desk can have issues with the moving parts that can cause leaking. It's now August 20, customer service says the technician and manufacturer denied the liquid. As a disabled person with chronic health conditions that I waited too long to report the issue. Now I have to submit research of leaking liquid and probably be in eligible for a refund when I spent $300.00 dollars out of my $1,200 monthly income

  I have been an American Furniture customer for many years. Grew up going there, most of my current furniture is from there and ordered some pieces for my new home as well, one of which came today. The delivery men were very professional. They let me know in advance when they were on the way and arrived right on time. The service, quality and selection is unparalleled. I am also waiting on a sofa that’s currently on backorder, but the experience today and in the showroom have been great thus far!

  I am genuinely shocked at how disorganized, poor communication, rude, and untrustworthy. It has been working with them to get a big order of furniture delivered to my home. I will start off by saying that initially the experience went really well and most of the delivery was at my home within about a week from when I bought it. After getting those pieces, I had to then wait for a month and a half to even hear word back about my other ones. After calling them numerous times, they told me finally that both items were in stock in my location and had been at that point for weeks. They just did not notify me of this, would not put the order in etc. It is so frustrating. Finally, I got the order scheduled and today the two truck drivers came and were incredibly dismissive and rude. They were supposed to bring two items being the boxspring in the mirror. I even got a confirmation text I got from them states that they were dropping off the dresser mirror as well as the boxspring. All they came out with today was the tiny box spring and not the dresser mirror that I’ve been waiting on for all this time when I asked about it they were incredibly rude and I just spoke with the truck manager because I called American furniture afterwards and the truck manager states that both items were on their truck they just refused to deliver them. all in all I had a horrible experience and I will never be ordering furniture with them again.
