  This is the worst buying experience of my life. I wanted to finance my purchase and the seemed to be a system glitch. I entered my information twice in the store and then another 5 times at home on my phone. When I finally got through, they rejected my application. I am a retired professional accountant and my current credit score is 818. I have no debt and pay my credit cards off monthly. When I asked them (AFW) to inquire why I was rejected, they said they couldn’t do that and gave me a number to call. That number required an account number to get past the AI feature. The store’s employees seem to not really care if I bought the sectional or not. I wasted an entire afternoon trying to work it out. Finally, I decided to just pay by card. They charged me 2 delivery fees. When I asked about it they responded that delivery is 5% of the total sale. So if you shop here be sure to add 5% to your purchase price. If I could have found the same modular setup somewhere else I would have went there. Needless to say I would not recommend them unless you pay cash and can pickup yourself. Fingers crossed they do not screw up the delivery.

  Do not recommend! They will lie to get you to purchase for their commission. I bought a dresser, 2 nightstands, a dining table, and 6 dining chairs. I was told when I purchased, that the chairs were not in warehouse but would be ready in 2-3 days. Ok, fine, I can live with that. A week goes by and I don’t hear anything. I call back and they tell me, sorry, the chairs won’t be here for another week. Okay, fine. A week goes by again and no updates. So I call today (10/3). Employee on the phone says it looks like the chairs will be here by the end of the month. So 4 weeks from now? It went from days, to a week, to a month?? And when I voiced my frustrations the guy on the phone said there were no notes on my account. Ok, how is that my fault that the employees are not writing notes or doing their jobs the way they are supposed to? And then he goes on to say he’s going to connect me to my salesperson and instead hangs up. They will sell you anything and lie about timelines to get your money. I could’ve purchased somewhere else in stock but I figured a 2-3 day wait wouldn’t hurt. Big mistake.

  I was looking for a sofa that would fit through the doorway of my apartment. I found one online and went to see if they had one on display. Spoke to a sales rep, showed her what I was looking for, and they had one on the sales floor to look at. After doing some measurements, I felt that it would fit. I purchased two and they were delivered 2 days later.

  This place has everything possible for any home and or offices. We worked with Mr Bruce today and he supplied us with absolutely everything to furnish our new townhome. He even was able to rent us a Box truck to bring everything home today. They even loaded our Box truck up. If you need any furniture come down talk to Mr Bruce.

  Sat Oct. 19 i visited the englewood store. I was approved for financing. The financing amounts and payments and the paperwork is so confusing the furniture consultant that did this for me did not understand any of it herself. Anytime I had a question or did not understand something she acted mad at me. She had to keep leaving and asking a manager everything I had a question. She had a heavy accent. So it was hard for me to understand what she was saying most of the time. We walked around for an hour and still nobody said hello or asked if we needed help. The store was soon hot. Not a real good experience. I don't like to go there. I was with someone else.
