- TJT JOct 2, 20265.0I highly recommend the Gallery. I didn’t really know where to start but Will made the process easy. He helped me with design guidance and helped me stay within my budget. When one tile I wanted was backordered, he found a selection of similar tiles and had them arranged for me when I arrived to make it super easy. I know I wasn’t one of his biggest customers but I was always treated like I was!

The showroom is gorgeous and inspires ideas. More importantly, however, was how I was greeted and engaged. The staff member who helped me has vision and has been able to translate my jumbled, somewhat chaotic idea of what would work well in my houses into reality. He was also perfectly attuned to budget considerations and prioritized giving me a range of price options. I walked into The Gallery feeling stressed, uncertain about what to choose and also about finances. I walked out excited and relieved. My advice, don't waste your time--just go straight to The Gallery.

The woman there came out and was extremely helpful and kind, even though they closed in 2 minutes (I had no idea until we left). They had a great selection and excellent customer service. We’ll be back!
