Anastasia and Tonya are truly a dream team! My wife and I have for several years looked at updating the look of our home. Multiple failed attempts, and the frustration of feeling like the various stores just let you falter. Not here! We were actually just visiting from out of state (live in Boston), and stopped in just to look. Anastasia was instantly available, full of life and excitement, INFINITELY knowledgeable, and by no means pushy. AND fun to just talk to!!! What is she doing selling furniture!?!?!? But she is truly amazing. After seeing photos of our home, inside and out, she instantly had a vision of where we wanted to go and helped us get there. We had three separate open-ended meetings where we NEVER felt rushed, we had her personal cell phone number and texted constantly, and the project just magically came together over a long weekend. New dining table, chairs, sofa, and four other lounge chairs. Coffee tables. She was truly fantastic. Then she arranged for her manager Tonya to come in and both of them along with my wife and I spent several hours finalizing details. And planning for the future and next steps. And Tonya had fantastic ideas with respect to fabrics and the color choices. And while yes, we spent more to furnish our large family room than most people spend on a luxury automobile, we felt that the attention to detail, and the quality were simply unmatched. Anastasia never pushed us. A week later my wife and I were back in Boston, and Anastasia arranged with the Boston showroom for us to show things to our kids. And she of course was right there with us on FaceTime Video. The last thing left was a single rug, and by chance, three weeks later we were in Scottsdale, and walking into the showroom there to just look we ran into Tonya!!! Simply divine intervention! Just crazy stuff; they are literally everywhere. Tonya spent nearly two hours then helping us with final rug selection, and we are now just sitting on pins and needles waiting for our dream to be delivered to us! At this price point, the expectation is that the product itself is top-notch quality. But it is the people and experience that separate someone. Anastasia and Tonya are truly an unmatched power team, and the Roche Bobois products just look incredible. We will likely turn over our entire home in the next 2-3 years, and we will be doing it with Anastasia and Tonya while living thousands of miles away!!!! An incredible experience; thank you!

Buyer beware! I purchased a sofa in July. I had to sign an agreement that said that I would have to pay half the purchase price for cancellation. You have to sign it. The reason given because they don’t want to be left with a special order that is made out of the country and then shipped. The sofa I ordered was in stock, no special order color or fabric and in the US. Delivery was never set up. I requested a refund and they are holding firm on the written paper. I did sign it, but the reason it was put in place was not relevant. I am disappointed in the money grab. Roche Bobois should have done the right thing. Instead, they show their greed.

What a journey it’s been with how delayed our furniture was, we worked a lady named a Molly who helped us find our pieces, then after six months we decided to circle back up on our order and she was fired. Which left us wondering who would be helping us… We are still waiting on a rug that we ordered back in June. With the amount of money we spent, I’m so disappointed on the service. If you are not in a rush and feel like spending $$ while trying to track down your own furniture after 6-9 months go by then this is place for you. The Show Room manager Benoit was not helpful. Another gem in Cherry Creek.
