  We have purchased rooms full of furniture from the Denver Restoration Hardware showroom, including a significant amount of patio furniture. As repeat customers who have invested heavily in this store over the years, we expected a much higher level of service than what we experienced during our most recent visit. We stopped by to purchase bar stools for our newly renovated bar and sought out the sales associate who had previously worked with us on our patio furniture. She was standing at the front of the store looking at her computer. Rather than offering assistance, she told us to browse on our own. After searching the showroom ourselves without finding what we needed, we returned to ask for help. She was still standing in the same spot, but this time told us she "didn't have time" to help us and handed us off to another associate. While the second associate made an effort, the experience felt more like an inconvenience than customer service. For a company that positions itself as a luxury brand, this level of indifference is unacceptable. High-end furniture should come with high-end service, especially for loyal, repeat customers. Instead, we left feeling like our business simply wasn't valued. Ironically, once we got home, we found exactly what we were looking for on the website and placed the order ourselves. The store contributed nothing to the sale. Restoration Hardware's furniture is beautiful, but this experience made it clear that customer service at the Denver showroom has fallen well below the standard the brand claims to represent. After years of choosing Restoration Hardware for our home, this visit was a genuine disappointment.

  This store is very beautiful and appealing on the outside. However, the staff here looked at my family and I as if our presence was a disturbance to the store. We simply were sitting on the rooftop where they have some outdoor furniture on display. A snobby employee then approached us and said that it was a retail establishment…as if we didn’t know that. Makes sense why the store was empty, they must want it that way.

  I would like to start by saying that I understand RH is a furniture store and that the rooftop is there to enhance the customer experience. With that being said, I called ahead because I was planning to propose to my girlfriend on the rooftop in a few weeks and wanted to see if there was anything I should know or plan for beforehand. The person on the phone said, "Let me check with leadership really quick." He came back and told me that leadership had informed him they do not allow any "special events" on the rooftop, so this would not be an option. I responded by explaining that this wasn't meant to be an event, it would just be me and my girlfriend. He told me he still advised against it because leadership would most likely step in and possibly ruin the moment. I find that completely unreasonable. I understand they can't rope off the area for a proposal or a celebration afterward, but two people sharing a special moment is not an event. I'm not surprised by the other one-star reviews. Based on my experience, the employees came across as stuck-up and unreasonable. Get over yourselves, you sell overpriced furniture.

  I had a wonderful experience working with the team. One of the things I appreciated most was having professional designers available right on the showroom floor. They were incredibly helpful in guiding me through different color palettes, materials, and design options. Their expertise made the selection process much easier and gave me confidence in my choices. The personalized attention and design support truly set this business apart and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free.

  I'm shocked by some of the reviews posted here. We worked with two different designers at RH Denver and they couldn't have been more helpful. We spent an hour comparing different fabric and leather swatches on different pieces and they never lost patience. They aren't on commission so don't expect pushy, but I'll be trying to find an excuse to go back. Thank you Ethan and I didn't catch the other associate's name.
