- CMCristina MoranAug 10, 20261.0⭐️ 1 Star – Extremely Poor Customer Service I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The biggest problem is Mike. He is extremely rude, disrespectful, and constantly makes customers feel uncomfortable. We pay to rent a storage unit, and we should be able to access our belongings during the facility’s normal business hours. However, every time we come, Mike questions us about how often we are there and makes comments about how many times we have visited. He acts as if we are doing something wrong simply because we are using the storage unit we are paying for. This behavior feels like constant harassment and intimidation. We should be able to come to our storage unit, take things out, put things in, and leave without being repeatedly bothered or questioned. Mike’s attitude is completely unacceptable. Everything seems to bother him, and he has a very rude and hostile way of treating customers. Good customer service should mean treating people with respect, not making them feel like they are a problem for using a service they paid for. I would not recommend this storage facility based on the way customers are treated. Management seriously needs to address Mike’s behavior and the way he interacts with customers.
