  I haven’t received the product yet as it is a custom order. I was dissapointed that out of all their stores in Denver area, they only had 1 chair that I wanted and it was a manual recliner so had to make a custom order. However Alex who waited on us was very helpful and friendly.

  I got a replacement for a recliner that was attempted to be repaired five times without success. The warranty company sent the credit voucher to the wrong store but they got the replacement. There was excess value from the other chair that was supposed to be used for a warranty on the replacement. I called two weeks after receiving the new chair and was told it was too late to get the free warranty. Bad business I'd say.

  Had a great experience with Juliet Duran in the Design Department. She came out, did measurements, and drafted up a design. We made a couple adjustments and settled on a final design I was happy with. Good conversations and laughter. I highly recommend Juliet if you’re uncertain like I was. Also, the design service was free. Can’t beat that!
