  Shopping for a custom couch, La-Z-Boy had endless styles and options. The sales staff were professional and accommodating. We found our ideal couch and selected one of the available fabrics. It was built and delivered a month later. Great delivery experience. They prepped the whole area, assembled the couch and left without a trace. Possibly the only critical comment would be the higher cost but worth it in the end.

  Very attentive and knowledgeable sales staff, helped me out through the whole buying process from helping narrow in on a recliner that fit my needs as well as explaining the differences in materials I could choose for the final build out. Delivery was a breeze, the crew was in and out in minutes with everything set up and functional before they left. Will gladly purchase from here again when the need arises.

  "I had an exceptional experience at La-Z-Boy, where the staff proved both professional and remarkably knowledgeable. I was assisted by Alex, whose patience was truly commendable as he helped a guest in a wheelchair find the perfect recliner (the daughter hasn't made a decision still about buying it) Additionally, when I discovered a crack on the base of one of the concrete lamps I purchased, the team handled the exchange seamlessly, for which I am very appreciative. I also secured an excellent deal on an Egan vase. Given this high level of service, I look forward to returning soon to purchase a sectional."

  Juliet and Paul were amazing. So friendly and had an answer for every question. They helped me decide what would fit and design ideas. I'm am not a fan of shopping because most staff in furniture stores accost you as you enter and won't leave you alone to explore. This store had a soft approach that made you feel welcome. The variety of style, color choices, and sales team made this a wonderful experience.
