  We have been paying IHT to care for our swim spa for years and have never had an issue. Their turnover has always been high but never an issue. Recently, our service tech advised that we had significant mold growth in the spa. When I went to inspect, I was completely disgusted with the amount of mold present. I drained the, scrubbed and cleaned it for 4 hours. When I went to inspect the filters, i found the filter basket installed upside down, two of the four filters "floating and not attached/screwed in at all and the other 2 extremely loose). I filled the spa and when IHT came out for their next service, I went and inspected their work. Filter basket was installed upside down again. 1 of the 4 filters was very loose and other wasn't fully tight. I called IHT to tell them about my experience, It took over a week to finally talk to someone and I was promised a call back. That was 5 days ago. Never got a call back. If you are using this company to maintain your spa, start double checking their work or better yet, hire another company or do it yourself so you know it is done right. Scrubbing mold with rags and toothbrushes for 4 hours on a Saturday is not my favorite way to spend my time

  Do not buy any hottubs from this company, my old man just bought a tub, wich he payed hell of a money to get it delivered just to not work, months later they send a whole new hot tub and now he is having issues with circulation pump, heater and god knows why is leaking after just 7 months, their busines model is very shady, if you are in Boulder area avoid them at all cost and save yourself a headache!!!!

  Had a great time working with Tracy and really appreciated all of the care she took explaining everything to us and getting us in the right tub.

  We met Joseph at the Home Show and so glad we did. We needed to replace one of our fireplaces to a more efficient one. Found what we were looking for, customer service very professional and installation was a breeze. All around a very good experience. Would highly recommend.
