  Tim Carter serviced by spa. He was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. The only reason I stay an IHT customer is because of Tim. The company needs to reward him and make sure to keep him at all costs as there are a lot of choices in the industry for consumers. IHT has been my company for 9 years and I've been very pleased!

  Absolutely wonderful experience from start to ending. The delivery team was awesome! So kind, professional and friendly that I highly recommend them! Even when we ran into a minor issue at the end of setting it up, two techs called immediately to help us take care of the issue. Highly recommended!
