  Salesman was great. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Memorial Day deal is crap! For no reason at all, I was not approved for the 60 month no interest. Synchrony denying accounts so they don’t have to give the deal.

  I appreciated how honest the salesperson was about delivery timing instead of promising unrealistic dates. My wardrobe arrived two days later than planned, but everything came in perfect condition. The mirror installation was done carefully and they double-checked alignment before leaving the house.

  Great experience. The sales woman helping us (Susan) was super helpful but also gave us space to wander on our own and test out couches. They have a complimentary barista which was a super nice touch. Also, the space is huge! Four acres apparently.

  I wanted a couch longer than I am tall . Sounds strange but after 80 and more surgeries than I can count I MUST have a nap everyday at 2:00 p.m. That is when I hit my “wall”. That meant turning back my bed, sleeping a couple hours then getting up, remaking my bed (not a heavy traffic room, but one never knows). All of this is required because I only have a love seat (shorter than I). My son and I arrived at Furniture Row at 10:30 a.m, they open at 11:00 a.m. I was pressing my face against glass trying to peruse sofas. I think Kyle, my most generous son, was sitting in his truck hoping no one realized I was his mother. In just a few minutes a lovely young woman, Elsa, opened the door for us and the first couch I saw seemed to meet my requirements. Of course, I would have enjoyed looking at the $ 2-5 K sofa but I have found life easier to try to live within my income. Elsa could have just ruined the whole transaction by insisting we look at more expensive sofas or more furniture, she did not. I mentioned my son was generous earlier; however, this was my deal….couch met my needs, Kyle picked color and we were done. Elsa wrote up the order, even gave me a discount on delivery. I believe we were all happy and the couch arrives tomorrow. I just cannot recall sales person being so accommodating and a delight to deal with when she probably works on some commission basis. I recommend Elsa highly and I’m confident her employer encourages that kind of service. GO SEE ELSA!!

  The sales team was helpful (Russel), knowledgeable, and not “pushy” to make a sale or lead you to make a decision. I saw many negative reviews on their location and figured it must have been a fluke or customers with an axe to grind. However, when I went to pick up the couch I purchased my perspective changed. I was informed that all I would need to do was show up (any day, no appointment necessary) hand them my paperwork and they would already have the couch wrapped and ready to load. The did not, and I actually had to show him the couch on the floor (I bought the last one) which not only wasn’t wrapped and ready but was available for all customers to sit in for another week. Not a big deal, but just slightly annoying, whatever. Things got worse once the couch was wrapped and ready to load. They only had 1 dock worker to load 3-seater couch! I have no idea how they figure these dock workers would be able to load any piece of furniture themselves outside a small chair. Fortunately my friend and I were able to help so we assisted with moving it into the van I rented. Well, the dock worker had one end and I had the other leading into the truck and the dock worker dropped his end before my friend on the ground was able to get control. Ultimately, the couch dropped and one of the central support braces cracked straight through. Since this was a floor model they were unable to provide a new replacement so I had to settle with having it repaired, which consisted of them sending someone out to drill in a 2x4 as a support brace. Not ideal, hope it ultimately works, but I feel like the entire process (outside the actual sale) left a lot to be desired and they are cutting unnecessary costs at the risk of your furniture being damaged. Major oversight which led an initial very pleasant experience (purchase) into a nightmare (loading) which resulted in me receiving a damaged couch which I paid full price for. HIRE MORE DOCK WORKERS!!! They really fumbled on the last, and most crucial detail, receiving the furniture you paid for undamaged and intact! Decent furniture, horrible back-of-office protocol. Don’t have any intentions of being back.
