  This place has a great selection for anyone looking to fill their home with good furniture. Terry was kind enough to greet us, offer us a drink and point us in the right direction, constantly checking up with us in case we had any questions. When we were ready, Terry got us the correct layout to fit our living room, and set up our delivery with ease. Thank you!

  I had a very good experience at Furniture Row this weekend. I'm relocating to the Dallas area and have been looking at different sofa options. The one I found at Furniture Row checked all the boxes, and Robert was great to work with. He provided all the necessary details to have this item delivered to the new spot in Texas and was very personable without trying to sell me on something I was already interested in. Alan H

  As someone who has worked in hospitality for nearly 15 years, I have a fairly high standard for customer service. My fiancé and I came in on Labor Day looking for a couch. The moment we walked in Amanda greeted us. She gave us the choice to walk around and look for ourselves or have the option for her to show us around. We chose to just wonder. Every so often she would come check with us and see if there was anything we needed. She is so far from being an aggressive sales person and it worked in her favor. We ended up getting a couch, matching dog bed, 2 area rugs and a few other things. Thank you Amanda for being so helpful and not being an aggressive sales person, it made our experience so easy.

  Great options here! After looking at a lot of stores, we found the best selection at Furniture Row for a couch. This is our second Mateo couch, but the updated version. We needed specific dimensions and configurations, which required us to custom make our couch. While that took a bit of time, it was great to get the exact specifications, colors, and materials that we wanted. Delivery was smooth and seamless - thank you, Lafonzo and Cameron!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a furniture delivery from Furniture Row yesterday and these guys were awesome! Cameron was actually our salesman from inside the store and also happened to be one out of delivery guys and he is absolutely top tier in customer service! Lafonzo, and Victor were also there for the delivery and each one of these guys were so incredibly friendly and helpful! Genuinely some of the best people to work with. They were careful with everything, super respectful, and made the whole delivery go really smoothly. They seemed to truly enjoy helping us with the chore of getting everything setup and weren’t trying to just rush out the door. I really appreciated all three of them and would definitely recommend them! Thank you, Cameron, Lafonzo, and Victor!
