Do not buy. We decided to upgrade our IKEA furniture and we're very disappointed with the quality. The "white glove" delivery was just men with a truck who don't know anything about furniture and rush in and out. Our dresser was delivered with multiple deep scratches. The bed was put together so quickly that it's crooked and the drill cracked one side. When a replacement was sent for the dresser weeks later, I was told they could not fix the bed frame. The replacement dresser was also scratched. The dresser drawers do not close correctly and do not line up on the front. The pieces are beautiful but corners are cut at every possible step. They offered me discount but we still have a crooked bed and dresser that doesn't close. We were in the market for a sofa too but decided to look elsewhere. For the price, it's ridiculously disappointing. Should have shopped at IKEA. Avoid at all costs.

I had a great experience at Furniture Row! Greyson was extremely helpful with helping me find the perfect bedroom set and making sure I understood the pricing and all of my options. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated the great customer service and would definitely recommend asking for Greyson if you’re shopping for furniture!

Laurie helped us out and let us mix and match before we decided on a set we had seen the week before. She was very patient with our kiddos and made the whole process quick and painless! We will definitely purchase from there again especially with laurie!

Went to this store around 1230 on a Sunday afternoon and they were pretty quiet with just a couple of other customers besides myself. Walked around for at least 10 minutes looking at dining room sets and not one person bothered to say hello or try and help. One woman even looked right at me and nothing. She got busy talking to a fellow sales associate and again, neither bothered to say anything to us. I ended up walking out and going to American Furniture Warehouse and purchased an amazing dining room set for a third of what I would have paid at Furniture Row.
