I was asked to list all of the items I was to be storing in the unit upon move-in. After about a month later, my unit was broken into, possibly by the help of the staff members as my unit was the only unit that had been tampered with. Afterwards, I received no apology and they increased my monthly rate. When I went to move my stuff out, everything was covered in a thick layer of dust and grime. Your stuff is not safe here.
