The customer service is out of this world! Rhea is the best!! She is always responsive and attentive! She does everything she can to make everything easier and do right by the tenants and goes way above and beyond. I have parked my truck in the back lot for over 7 years and have had no problems and if anything weird comes up she is calling or texting me. Rhea is the best!!! The lot is always unkept and I have never had any problems there. Highly recommend!!

Would highly recommend this location. Rhea was great as she was upfront about the price and helped me navigate my unique situation. If you are confused about the online version, recommend calling to discuss options over the phone. The units were a perfect size for our vehicles. It can be hard to find your unit for the first time and the digital access can be difficult at times. Recommend moving your phone as close to the gait as possible. Overall a great experience.
