I'm happy to give this Extra Space Storage location a great review. We had nearly all of our belongings in climate controlled storage for 1.5 years. The site is secure, clean and well managed. The staff and managers I worked with were all very friendly and helpful. Access to the facility was always easy and safe. Once, we didn't secure the lock on our storage facility correctly and the manager called us to let us know. When we couldn't make it back to lock up the unit, the manager cut off our old lock, issued a new one and held onto the key for us until we could get back to the facility. Great customer service. I will say that the unit price increased drastically over the 18 months we were there but this is common if you opt for month to month, which we had to do. I would recommend this storage facility!

I greatly appreciated the staff at this location. They were always helpful and at one point when my rate had to go up, they lowered it back down partially after I spoke to them about it. They are really careful about the security of their location and everyone I spoke to communicated really well whenever I had an issue.
