They handed us the lock for our unit and said they noticed some valuable things. We have no idea how the unit was opened or when, but there is no staff person here or available over the phone. We recommend another storage facility with better security and customer service.

I am always extremely vigilant about locking my unit and hadn’t been there in many weeks. I have no idea how it was opened, who opened it, or why but I have not been able to get ahold of a single customer service representative or staff member to help me address this terrible security issue. Definitely go to another storage unit location if you want better security or customer service.
