  I've just completed the first of two transactions with Robert and Seth, and could not be more impressed. There was some difficulties with the product I purchased, and Robert absolutely stood on his head to get the situation resolved quickly. I've always found in business that the best relationships are built on how they recover from problems, and that's the case here. Add to it a really refreshing collection of pieces they sell that makes their local competition look a little tired in comparison, and this is a first-rate business. They'll get more of mine, no doubt.

  We did a long-distance purchase (we live in Iowa) all by phone and email, and it couldn’t have gone any better! Seth was our rep, but others helped out if he wasn’t available. The entire team was very knowledgeable and had great insights to help us with our selection. They were very accommodating and even extended a sale price for us because the company was slow in providing upholstery samples. We love our new bar stools and wouldn’t hesitate to work with Seth and Element for future purchases!
