  Fantastic experience with Doc's of Denver. Katie's team was great - excellent communication and they were super responsive. I got an estimate for the carpet cleaning as soon as they measured. The turn around time to get the carpets cleaned was very short and they sent a follow up report detailing the work that was done. Great customer service!

  Couldn't be happier with Doc's of Denver. Called to inquire about some stains on the carpet. We had tried everything and could not get the blue color out. They suggested carpet dying and holy smokes, it saved us a tremendous amount of trouble to replace newer carpet. Cant hardly even tell it was stained, see before and after pics. Our service technician Katu showed up on time and was professional. She looked over the treatment area and told me the process and what I might expect after dying the carpet. The work exceed my expectations. Highly recommend for carpet dying and if they do this good of a job on carpet cleaning, which I imagine so, what more could you want? Thanks for the wonderful work.

  I’m very happy with the results of my carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning, both done expertly by Jeremy. I wasn’t able to be home for my appointment. Jeremy communicated with me start to finish and was very professional and respectful of my home. A few pet stains in my carpet were cleaned and the carpet looks brand new. I was worried about the dryer vent given that is an older dryer and in an odd spot. It wasn’t a problem for Jeremy and it’s running better than ever now. The cost was reasonable for a job well done.

  Doc's of Denver is totally professional and excellent. They cleaned both my area rugs and carpeting on my stairs to look like new, even though they were covered with stains from our dog. Their service is fantastic - they go above and beyond!

  I chose Doc's, of denver carpet, and upholstery due to them advertising every home is different and they Taylor every job to meet your exact needs such as cleaning up after pets they've got you covered.. We had a renter in there that had a cat, and my son is highly allergic to cats and when he was in there, he couldn't stay in there because his eyes were getting so miserably itchy. I personally cleaned the place from top to bottom, including washing the ceilings and walls. When is the last steps was getting the carpet shampooed? WynnePaul and Jeremy Arrived on time that's where the one Star, I did verbalize concerns because one bed Needed to be moved out a little bit so we could do right under the head of the backboard, As I could not get in there. Paul Rest assured me he Woodbe able to Shampoo underneath it, As his shampooer goes under beds. After the carpet dried several days, I was finishing cleaning and I found all this cat hair underneath the headboard (Where people rest their heads when they're sleeping at night ). I was very disappointed with what I found and you can see from the pictures. I was upset that night that I kept on having dreams about how disappointed I was with what I had just spent And didn't get rid of the Cat here. It was very expensive and to not get what I needed in regards to getting rid of the cat hair and dander was a waste of $688 that they couldn't complete the job as stated. At the beginning, there were two guys there that could've moved the headboard out at least A foot so they could get in there and really shampoo and I didn't realize it until after the carpet was dry. They charge for the entire room, even if there's a bed There. It's almost like round cleaning in a house and not getting in the corners. The second bedroom I removed the mattress and furniture so there was nothing in the second room thus that room was cleaned. Everything else was moved out and easy to clean, except under that bed that I asked if they could move out about a foot. You will find pictures of supposedly him cleaning under the bed. If you want round shampooing and cleaning up the carpets, then they'll be acceptable to you, buyer beware.
