- SHshadi haddadinJun 11, 20261.0⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) After a terrible experience at the Colorado Springs location, we drove all the way to Denver hoping for a much better experience. The Denver sales team was professional and treated us well, which is why we decided to give the company another chance. Unfortunately, the installation team completely ruined that experience. After spending nearly $16,000 on a high-end mattress with advanced sleep technology, we expected white-glove service. Instead, the installers seemed rushed, handled the mattress with dirty hands and left marks on it, and never took the time to properly explain or set up the advanced features that were promised during the sale. When you invest this much money in a premium product, you expect a premium installation experience as well. Sadly, that was not what we received. The Denver sales staff deserves credit, but the installation team fell far below expectations. Because of that, I cannot recommend this company.
