  Jurnee answered the phone with enthusiasm and was extremely knowledgeable. She listened to what I was looking for and then proceeded to direct me to the correct product. She created the order, explained the pricing and then subtracted out the promotions. I would absolutely use her again for future purchases.

  We had a great experience shopping for a mattress. Miguel helped us narrow down our options during our first visit, and Brittney was just as helpful when we came back. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We never felt pressured and ended up finding a mattress that was a great fit for us.

  Bought 2 mattresses today. Excellent customer service from Jurnee at the Colorado Blvd store (even though she was the only person working at the store that day.) She asked what we wanted, then pointed us in the right direction and got us set up to try out the various mattresses we were interested in, answered all of our questions without trying to push us into a more expensive purchase (really dislike pressure sales tactics!), then very efficiently rang us up, included the applicable promotions, and arranged for delivery on the date we wanted. Made it very easy. Good experience all around.

  Had a great experience choosing our Doctor’s Choice Hybrid Medium Mattress. Alondra was very helpful and attentive and made the purchase process easy. Jurnee was helpful getting us additional information and answering questions as well when we stopped back in.
