  We came into Furniture Row looking to purchase an adjustable base for our bed, and we had the pleasure of working with Robert. After going through the different options with him, we decided on the TEMPUR-Pedic Ergo ProSmart Adjustable Base, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Robert was extremely knowledgeable and, most importantly, he didn’t make us feel like we were just being sold something. He took the time to educate us on the different bases, explain the features and technology in a way that was easy to understand, and help us determine which option made the most sense for our needs.   We went into the store, initially, to just start the journey of finding a new sanctuary of slumber for our humble abode. Colton initially approached us softly and asked us some questions about how we sleep and such. He shared quite a bit of knowledge with us, and earned our trust enough to show us some options he thought would fit both our sleeping styles. We went to another store to check out some different brands, but Colton’s charisma kept drawing us back to make our final choice with him. He displayed great patience and thoughtfulness throughout the entire interaction, and carried himself very professionally. He would be a tremendous leader.

  My wife and I have been Denver Mattress purchasers for years. My first purchase was about 20 years ago in Cheyenne, WY when I purchased a Queen Aspen I believe which is being used in a guest room and still as comfortable as when I first purchased it. Our second purchase was after our marriage: a King size Durango, and the third, for another guest room was a Queen, Doctor's Choice After 17 years on the Durango, it was time to get another mattress. Of we go to the Dacono, CO store where we met Assistant Manager, Colton, McClellan. We shared our history with Denver Mattress and explained we were looking for our last mattress, lasting another 17 or so years. We are both in our 80's. He invited us to try 2 firm models and we sort of like them We continued to lie on several others, including Doctor's Choice, Purple, Stearns and Foster. All were too hard, or too soft. Along the way Colton explained the benefits of a Hibernation Platinum 2X. We both have issues with our backs, and snoring. Colton is an excellent listener and I realized that he is more of a listener/teacher/guide and is most comfortable sharing his knowledge in a gentle, informative way. I pointed to a display in the corner, one that I had laid on, and asked for where this fits in. Yes, it was more expensive. I called my wife over and she got on the mattress and immediately said, "This is comfortable." We started using the remote elevate the feet, head and lumbar areas and all were more comfortable than the ones we had tested. After a few more questions, Colton explained this is one that people like and that one of the Doctor Choice's firm and plush is built on. While the price was more than our initial consideration, 2-3000, it was doable. And this would last longer and with the adjustable frame a definite plus. Yes, we purchased the Air S-Lido 2 Lux Firm King. The 0% interest for 3 years definitely helps too. Thank you, Colton, and kudos to you and this comes with a 10 plus rating on your professionalism, knowledge, listening, and so many other characteristics that make you a model for other employees. signed Thomas L.
