- RGRicardo GuzmanAug 15, 20261.0Complete scam. I called for an EVALUATION of my sprinkler system. I wasn’t going to be home but we agreed that my son would let the person in. They sent someone over who did work and then they send my a $525 bill. Problem is I never authorized the work as I had called to get an Evaluation done for the quote. Now, when I called to figure the problem out. The guy, Charles, said that he’ll be sending me to collections and put a lien against my property. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

Talked with us, listened as to what we were trying to accomplish and she completely understood and offered suggestions. She was so personable and really knew the products and what would help us. We enjoyed speaking with her about Colorado as she was ringing up our purchases. It was wonderful to be able to run over on Saturday afternoon and get the parts we needed, speak with someone who really understood the products, and enjoy the whole process. I will not hesitate to recommend Smitty's to anyone needing irrigation assistance!
