  Morgan was great! She greeted my dad and me as soon as we walked in & helped us find a recliner that fits his needs. She showed us what was available in stock and made the whole experience simple and comfortable.

  The two boys that delivered our furniture, Jesus and Emmanuel words who are the very best we have ever had in our home they were very cheerful. They took the shoes off. They insisted on putting the furniture where we wanted it in and showing us how to work •Remote• which was very handy. I mean, they could’ve been better. I think they both deserve a very High rating

  Mike was very helpful! We were looking for a recliner. Based on what we told him we were looking for, he was able to provide suggestions for several models and then checked in on us as we explored other options around the store. He wasn't pushy and didn't stand over us either. We got exactly what we were looking for. Comfort, proper fit, power recliner . It was nice to try several models. I already owned a lazy boy chair with some nice features. When we finally decide on what we were going to purchase, Mike handled the sale quickly and we were on our way. Thank you La-Z-boy for again having great customer service!

  Will was fantastic! Understood immediately what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction. I had basic measurements and didn’t really think I could find anything… then will showed me a return Greyson…. Absolutely perfect- I couldn’t have ordered it any better! A quick sale!
