  Morgan was extremely knowledgable, professional and friendly. She helped me find the perfect recliner that fit my budget. I highly recommend heading in to see her if you’re looking for a couch or a recliner!

  I was promised one thing when I purchased a recliner for my mother. However, when it was delivered, it was not what I was promised. That's not on the delivery team; they weren't given the right parts. I did get a call from customer care, telling me if I paid another $160, they would fix the issue. Lame. Never going back.

  I wanted to thank Manny and his coworker on the delivery of our sofa in Dillon. They were very careful and I could not have asked for better service. Manny helped me move the bar stools back without me asking for help. I appreciate that they did not smell like cigarette smoke. They were very pleasant and respectful. Give these guys big thanks and a perfect review. I’m a happy customer and have recommended the LazyBoy store on County Line.

  We love our new recliner. Our salesperson, Morgan Smith, was a delight to work with. She was so patient as we worked through our decision on which chair and the leather color. Just our luck, we chose a leather color that was reported to be on back order and wouldn't be released until May 25th (we purchased it in early April), which would have meant a July delivery. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a call in late May that our chair had arrived and was ready for delivery. The delivery guys, José & Daniel, were also very professional. They took great care to ensure the chair was scratch-free during delivery, including placing a pad around the front door frame. Much appreciated.

  DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY!! I cant even begin to tell you the debacle we experienced in getting our leather reclining sofa and love seat repaired. #1. READ the fine print, not everything is covered like Lazy Boy staff SELLS you. #2. The service company, Servco has nothing but incompetent people. No one knows what anyone is doing. Claim #'s opened, closed in error, no communication, no follow up from anyone, and you have to call back MULTIPLE times and you get inconsistent answers. #3. Management at lazy boy -lack interest or have concern for their customers. "call this number", call "that number", not one person has stepped in to truly help. Its all about the commission here! we spent thousands at Lazy boy and won't be coming back! we have requested a refund for the unused portion of our warranty since the warranty is USELESS and we are 6-months in trying to get this done! Lazy boy= Lazy people!
