  While the chair is awesome, the delivery and set up was just awful. After confirming location and name of recipient, nothing was followed. Driver went to wrong address and did not have the name and room number of the resident. Driver also did not speak English complicating the delivery even further. When he did arrive he didn’t even move the old one out of the room. He didn’t even offer instructions or a manual. It made for a very stressful experience! We had to figure it out on our own. We have been loyal customers for years but this along with poor customer service on some repairs we needed on a different couch have left such a sour taste that we will never return!!! Disappointed customer forever

  Bought a couch from Sean. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and was nice to my kids. Love the couch it was exactly what we were looking for. Felt like we had been to every other furniture store in the area and were starting to lose hope. Honestly did not even know Lazy Boy sold couches but we are extremely happy and Sean made it an easy decision. Give Sean a call you won’t be disappointed!

  Salesperson was attentive and informed. Appreciated his humor. Made for a great experience. Delivery was quick and clean. Delivery team were friendly and they made sure of our satisfaction with placement and product functionality.

  Will is fantastic. We were not able to go in right away So I asked questions when Will answered the phone. The information he provided was very helpful. When we went in a few days later Will was even more helpful in person if that’s possible. This is our second purchase and always think of Lazyboy first when we are purchasing furniture. Quality salesman and product.
