Looking for good customer service? Look elsewhere. My unit was infested with rodents. Droppings were everywhere and ruined everything. I went into the office to simply let them know, not necessarily wanting anything. The rep sitting at the desk didn’t even say hello. I showed her a picture of the droppings and her response in a tone was, “That’s what insurance is for.” My response was I’m simply letting you know. She then became extremely rude and said, “You know what, get out,” and threw her hands up.
This site is a joke! Rude employees, and the site is falling apart. They don’t care about your storage needs. I’ll be moving out of my other extra space location due to this location.
