- RRRuss RydinAug 25, 20263.0Overall, it was a good experience… the strip stone I bought was a good price and they had a good amount of it and it was easy to pick up. I also ordered 6 tons of 3/4” River stones for delivery. Which they got to me the same day which was great. The problem was that about 20-25% of it was fill dirt - which I have had to sift out. I get that there’s going to be some dirt as part of the load, but this was excessive… it’s doubled the time I need to move the rock. Someone should scold the shovel operator for scraping the ground so much cause now I have to deal with it. Never had this issue with Ewing up in Littleton - but thought I’d go closer to home. I don’t know if I’d be against using them again for bulk stone, as everything in the process went great. I’d just want to watch their operator that they’re not giving me dirt and I’m paying for stone.

Most of the reviews sounded like they bought a significant amount of material. I only needed a few large rocks for my front yard. I decided to just swing in. First, while I was waiting in the lobby, a young guy greeted me and told me someone would help me in just a moment. Then the next gentleman that helped me, sorry I am horrible with names, was so great! Super cool and treated me really well even though I was a noob and had no idea what I was doing. He explained to go weigh on the scale, wait for the audio signal, then go grab my rocks and come back to the scale, wait for the signal again, and come inside. it was so easy! I just can't recommend this place enough. Between the massive selection and the super friendly staff it was really a pleasure. I wish I needed more stuff! Thanks C&C!

So customer service could be improved. Yard looked clean and easily accessible but the prices were far higher than some of the other local landscape supply companies around....much higher.
