- JFJ FAug 23, 20261.0Your ceo is unworthy and unfit to serve the company or the customer.
- SMSean MartinMay 19, 20265.0I stopped in to check out some couches after they came highly recommended. James helped me out, and he was amazing. He answered all of my questions and was incredibly knowledgeable about their products, all the options, and I felt zero pressure to make a purchase. Good customer service has become so hard to find anywhere, and I walked out of the store thinking to myself "I wish I got treated like that everywhere I went". Thank you James!
- CLCasey LeeJul 3, 20225.0Had a very informative experience right from entering the store. A gentleman allowed the family soak in the experiences before approaching us and allowing us to have questions before informing us in every aspect of the products provided, even using the tools along the wall as examples.
