  Ordered shelves for the company I work for on company credit card, online because it's preferred the card does not leave building if at all possible. When I go to pick up my order some wire has been crossed and the wrong shelf was ordered. I swear this shelf was not the color, length or even for the system I ordered and I was so careful about ordering because I know how specific the elfa brand can be. I ask the employee if we can swap it. She said no because I don't have the credit card for the refund. No help available I can't do store credit and pay the difference, I can't do anything accept take shelves that won't work. I left and called to cancel order and asked while I was on the phone if I could get a % off the reorder since this has become such a hassle. No. It took 30 min of being on hold for them to tell me that even though I absolutely could have done store credit and paid the difference had that employee allowed it they were also unwilling to do anything to help. I'll now be in charge of swapping an entire room of shelving to a different brand because my management is already done. These elfa shelves have collapsed several times and been I nightmare. I had convinced my manager to let me just buy a few shelves and push replacements out another year or 2 but once they here about this there's no way. Also your customer service survey after calls does not work at all. Just kept asking questions and saying input error when I tried to input a 1 out of 10 infact adding to my terrible experience.
