- CTChris TaylorAug 23, 20264.0I have been shopping at the At Home store in Broomfield for years. They have the largest amount of home decor, accessories, and basic home needs then most any retailer. However, most times I go it is hard to find anybody on the floor to ask for help. So you have to go all the way to the front to the cashiers and ask them, and this is a huge store so that's no small feat. The last two visits I have noticed people standing at the entrance inside greeting customers, asking customers if I'm finding everything okay as I walk through the store, and the employees at the checkout have been super friendly and helpful. THIS IS SUCH A WELCOME CHANGE! I mentioned to an employee today named MJ about my recent experience with much improved customer service. Keep it up!!

What is the At Home return policy?
No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
We are unable to accept returns on mattresses.
We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags.
We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”.
Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
