    Would not allow me to use a gift card that is visa branded but your website says otherwise. Will not return, no customer service, did not offer to help or see why was just told that I can not use a gift card from visa. Horrible customer service.

    I loved this place! At first I was overwhelmed but there was lots of help and direction! Then the check out process was fast and they even got me signed up for rewards! Rhonda specifically was the best! I would totally recommend coming here, and I will defiantly be returning!

    Many things are over priced. I always see cute things then see if I can get it on Amazon cheaper and I usually can. I purchased a 3tier black cart from this location and it had a 25% off sticker on it. It rang up regular price. The nice cashier called the manager. The manager had a seriously nasty attitude and told me it was only the colored carts. I explained that they are the ones who marked it so i should pay as listed. It was a whopping $7 off and she acted as if it was coming directly from her check. She gave me the 25% off but was soooo rude about it. When i got to the car, i looked the cart up on the website and sure enough, it was 25% off, the black one even! Then i purchased some shot glasses to match some other glasses i purchased same day. They were a dollar off in what was listed but the manager MJ had someone check and she said there was no taga on them. I know what i saw and i saw the price before even picking them up and said oh thats not bad and them stuck them in my cart. I’m really disappointed in the manager MJ’s attitude considering the cashier was extremely sweet and friendly. I shop here often, even buying the overpriced things sometimes.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store.
