  I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Everyone here is not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. Walter Bertini went above and beyond—he spent a good chunk of time walking me through every detail of hot tub care, from water balance to long-term upkeep. He explained things so clearly that I left feeling confident instead of overwhelmed. It’s rare to find service that’s this personal and genuinely helpful—I’m so glad to have them as a resource.

  I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with IHT and my hot tub. From meeting me at Costco for the sale of the hot tub through delivery and setup they were great. Kim kept me up to speed on delivery as we had a 5 month lead time. Johnny was my sales person assisted by Noel. Bobby and his team made the delivery and were very professional taking their time and explaining all the features and some tips. Finally, Dennis came out and helped me setup the chemistry which for a salt water tub is a little tricky. Never did they seem rushed to get things done. Great experience!!
