Amazing help. Second time the wasps nest took over next to my unit and they are sooooo aggressive! First time the wonderful brave lady sprayed them and took care of it and helped me put my things inside. Second time she came again to save the day killing the same nest that reincarnated. Avoid this place like the plague! This storage company and its franchisees are the most unethical and incompetent storage unit operators in Boulder, co and surrounding area. They will guaranteed DOUBLE your rental rate no matter when or how long you rent space from them. The local owner franchise will always give you the same lame excuse that it’s up to corporate and her “hands are tired”. So lame so shady.

If someone had told me a year ago that a storage facility would become one of the brightest parts of my life, I never would have believed them.
After a devastating warehouse accident that resulted in the loss of my leg, my entire world fell apart. I struggled to believe I could ever live the life I had before. Then my relationship ended, I had to move out, my dog became sick, and suddenly I was facing the overwhelming task of figuring out where to put everything I owned while trying to hold myself together.
That's when I walked into Extra Space Storage on Arapahoe in Boulder and met Geraldine.
What I expected was someone who would rent me a storage unit. What I found was someone with extraordinary compassion.
Geraldine treated me like a human being when I desperately needed it. She listened. She cared. She showed kindness without ever making me feel like a burden. She even noticed my dog wasn't doing well and showed genuine concern and compassion. In the middle of one of the darkest periods of my life, those small acts of kindness meant more than I can possibly describe.
She didn't just help me find a place to store my belongings. She helped me find hope again.
For the first time in a long time, I could see light at the end of the tunnel. My circumstances hadn't magically changed—I still had to adapt to life without a leg, my relationship was over, and I still had challenges ahead—but my perspective changed. Sometimes all it takes is one person who truly cares to remind you that you're going to be okay.
Geraldine is exceptional at what she does because she understands that people aren't just renting storage units. Sometimes they're storing the contents of a life that's been turned upside down. She meets people with empathy, patience, and genuine kindness, and that's something you can't teach.

Took advantage of the three-month premium while I moved to the area and settled in. I was very happy with the ease of moving in and out, the digital access to open the main gate, and the size of the unit I rented. I'll be coming back to this location if I need storage again.
