I've had a wonderful experience renting a storage unit here. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and I really appreciate that it's climate controlled. The pricing is also very reasonable, especially for a smaller town like Bennett.
A special thank you to Jordan, the store manager, and his team for their outstanding customer service. I originally rented a unit that ended up being too small for my needs, and they were incredibly helpful, flexible, and made the process of switching to a larger unit quick and stress-free. I never felt like just another customer. They took the time to understand my situation and help me find the right solution.
The staff has always been friendly and professional, and the grounds are consistently clean and secure. It's refreshing to find a business that values customer service as much as they do.
