Not only are their rates double what I paid for another storage unit just an hour away, but their workers could not get me into my unit. It took me about an hour for me to get to my unit the first time. And then I got locked out of my unit and they lack the basic of compassion to understand what humans go through. Do not get yourself in the position to where you have to put anything in a storage unit. They are shady people.
