Calling the store is almost pointless — no one answers the phone, which already sets a bad tone for customer service. Inside the store, things didn’t improve. It was difficult to find anyone willing to help, and when I did, it felt like they weren’t listening or didn’t care about what I needed. I had to repeat myself multiple times, and still didn’t get clear or useful assistance. Overall, the customer service here needs serious improvement. A business of this size should be able to provide basic support both over the phone and in person. Very disappointing experience.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
