    This Lowe’s is terrible, I’ve called three times about an order I placed 3 days ago that still isn’t ready for pick up. They are basic items, shows in stock, and Everytime I call they place me on hold for 15 plus minutes and never pick or they hang up on me.

    I needed to exchange half of a dual pack as it was defective. They wanted me to go home and get the working one that was installed already. So I purched a new product, "to go home to retrieve the working part and my original package". Went to my car to do what could have simply been done at the counter. When I pointed out this, the manager I had requested looked at me with complete bewilderment. The whole process was a needless inconvenience.

    Stop putting people on self-checkout with bad customer service and that do not know how to look up a piece of wood. I did not realize that barcode were half missing. However, the person cannot do it that is working there but can rush to want to look in someone’s a plastic tote they are buying. I’m only going to wait so long until I realize that Home Depot had exactly what I needed instead of building from scratch from Lowe’s. Waste my time and you go to the bottom of the list when I need something for the next few months.

    I recently purchased a new Samsung fridge, arrived damaged. I didn't notice until I removed all of the inside tape after installation. Between 3 days back and forth with Samsung, 2 tips back to Lowe's to try and rectify the issue, I'm stuck with a non-functional shelf. Samsung keeps sending me back to repair shops, repair shops and Lowe's keep sending me back to Samsung. This is the definition of insanity. Will not be purchasing from this Lowe's again, staff seems truly unsupportive of this issue, one even laughed, very rude.

    Now the only reason why I'm giving this one star is because Ruby was amazing.However , I just don't understand why I had to go to 3 different lowes to get my product when wheatlands had all that I need.. The other 2 stores claimed that the system was centralized, and that they all should reflect the same prices. However, wheatlands.Told me that was not true and they had to set their own prices and they could not price match, which again is not true. So it would be nice for everybody to be on a centralized system.That way, it makes it easier for us.Contractors to get our products in one spot.It's completely ridiculous not to have everything unified
