  Tre gave us such a wonderful experience going furniture shopping for our new home! We found the perfect bedroom setup for our house. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, respectful, and timely with his help. He went above and beyond in helping us, and we really appreciated his patience with us, as well!

  I recently visited this location to purchase a reclining sofa for my home and my shopping experience was very fun and easy thanks to Kevo. Kevo greeted me at the door and was very attentive to my needs and took the time to show me pieces that aligned with my preferences. He was knowledgeable about their inventory and made well informed recommendations on what would be best for my space. I will definitely seek his support for future purchases and highly recommend others to align with him if they desire a warm, engaging and positive shopping experience.

  We had an amazing experience at Furniture Row! Kevin was incredibly friendly, positive, and always had a smile on his face. He made the entire process smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We were shopping for furniture for our very first home, and the overall experience couldn’t have been better. We also got an incredible manager’s special deal on our dining table, which made our purchase even more exciting. The store managers were wonderful as well—very welcoming and helpful.   My experience have been positive the minute I walked in. I was greeted by Jeffrey G and he was very patient with me and gave me some time to think. My purchase didn’t take long. It was quick in and out and I really appreciate that cause I don’t like spending hours in the furniture store. I knew what I wanted. I came in with a picture and he made it so much easier, so thank you so much Jeffrey, I truly appreciate you. This has been a really positive experience for me.

  The sales person was nice, but didn’t seem to have any idea what he was doing. We spent almost $7k there but he didn’t really understand the products and almost ordered the wrong color. He told us there would be a $450 down payment on a 48 month financing offer but it ended up being closer to $850, I asked him if that went towards the principal and he asked what principal means. He also said it would be an eight week waiting period on the sofa because adding an ottoman is custom which I told him over and over simply isn’t correct before he finally looked it up. Now, just today I’m looking at our receipt and he forgot to add our coffee table so we’ll probably be stuck with a second delivery charge. The manager was a lot better but this was an awful sales experience. I don’t think I would shop here again, and that’s too bad because I bought my bed and Purple mattress here and had a much better experience several years ago.
