  Do not waste your money here the staff are rude and disrespectful and everything they sell is expensive but cheaply made I tried to return a couch because the arm started coming apart from the couch after four months they said I had to pay a restocking fee since it was past the 30 day I pay it btw went to return and they refused it because it had some dog hair Which is to be expected after four months I would have kept the couch if it wasn’t cheaply made so I guess they are against animal owners but they said it I can get the dog hair off they would take it and as they were loading it back in my van they damaged it further and I asked them what am I supposed to do now and they just Shrugged it off im here now complaining to the manager let’s see what happens

  Had a wonderful experience with Randall S. 6/27/26. I walked in Randall helped me, let me wonder the showroom floor, and checked me out when I was done. He was not over bearing and he let me take my time to find exactly what I wanted. Thank you Randall.

  John was amazing and so helpful. I told him what style, fabric, budget and color we were looking for in a sofa. He showed us a few options and we bought one and we will have it delivered. 2 thumbs up John

  Upon delivery, one of the delivery man which was the heavyset one he was complaining about one of the box springs not being able to go up the stairs and he also stated that, and if it didn’t go up, it would have to go back to the store and he said it in a real nasty way you know before even trying to bring it up in the house but eventually when he brought it in it wasn’t even a problem to getting it up so I wasn’t happy how he approached that situation

  Been a loyal customer at the Thornton location for a few years now so I figured I'd stop by the Aurora store while I was in the area. That was a mistake I won't be making again. First I waited about 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. When I finally got help from a rep named Jin, I had already done my research, picked out my mattress, and just wanted her opinion on some bed frame options. Simple stuff. Instead of being helpful she came across as visibly bothered that I was even asking, like I was wasting her time. Then I asked about financing terms and that's when it really went downhill. She argued with me about it - confidently and repeatedly - and was wrong. Instead of saying "let me check on that" or getting someone who knew the answer, she just kept pushing back. At that point I was done and decided to leave without buying anything. On my way out I asked for a manager's contact information. I was told there were "too many managers" which is not an answer. When I asked specifically for Jin's manager I was then questioned about why I wanted to speak to them and what I planned to say. I should not have to justify wanting to escalate a bad experience to someone in charge. I came in ready to spend money and walked out with nothing because of one person's attitude. The Thornton location has never treated me this way and I've always been happy there, but after today I'm questioning whether I'll be coming back to AFW at all. Really disappointing.
