I had a very disappointing delivery experience with American Furniture Warehouse in Aurora, Colorado.
When my furniture arrived, the delivery team refused to bring it off the truck and through my front door. I specifically paid to have my furniture delivered, and I expected it to be placed inside my home—not left for me to figure out on my own.
As a disabled veteran and senior, I rely on delivery services because I am not physically able to move heavy furniture myself. The lack of consideration and customer service was extremely frustrating. A delivery should not end at the truck when customers have paid for the service and are expecting their furniture to be brought inside.
I have always heard good things about American Furniture Warehouse, which makes this experience even more disappointing. I hope the company reviews its delivery policies and provides better training so future customers, especially seniors and people with disabilities, are treated with more care and respect.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend their delivery service.

I ordered a table and chairs June 14th. They told me two weeks it was 4 I get it home take it out of the box it’s damaged. I ordered a different one that was similar it was supposed to be delivered aug 4 I get a call it’s damaged as well. They don’t keep stuff on stock I’m tired of not having a kitchen table. I have bought stuff in the past no issues now Idl what to do. I guess I’ll have to take my business elsewhere so sad that they are a top furniture store in Colorado and they can’t get it right.
