    Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.     Kayla and her crew couldn't deliver the correct product or even deliver on the right day. I ordered all gray paving stones--I took a picture of the sample which was all gray with the code written in sharpie on it--and received gray/brown paving stones that don't match my existing paving stones. I ordered delivery for Monday when I took the day off work (they never came and I used my vacation day for this). Kayla and her crew said they had to deliver Tuesday so I said only the afternoon worked (they showed up first thing in the morning so I couldn't be home to see they delivered the wrong thing), and now I have a stack of paving stones that I don't want, don't match my existing paver stones, I missed a day of work to get them, and neither Kayla nor anyone on her team managed to fix it. I avoid Home Depot for the usual reasons. Kayla and her team make it hard to shop at Lowe's.

    Came here to have my lock sets matched. Not only did it take forever. The guy had two matched knobs all he had to was match the dead bolts. He rekeyed all 4 of them and one of them didn't even work once I got it home.

    This is an edit from my previous 5 star review. I just left this lowes pro desk. It was the third lowes store we visited this morning, looking for a certain style steel fence post. All three stores online inventories online said they each had over 30 of these posts. None of the 3 stores had any. After the first store, I called the other stores to confirm availability. They both said they had what we needed. I drove over an hour to then find out they in fact didn't have them. The girl at the pro desk told me she counted them. I asked if we could purchase the 9ft style instead, and waited 40 min for a store manager to arrive at the pro desk. That manager never showed up. We left the store empty handed. You had 5 people at the pro desk, seemingly on break. No one would take ownership of the situation, or provide any help. Three stores I went to today! It is now after noon, and I have lost a whole day of work dealing with this. If corporate reads this, they should consider hiring different managers. I'm leaving, and going to order the product from the Home Depot website. This was an absolutely unacceptable experience. I am a pretty understanding person, and try hard to work with people to solve problems. I was offered zero help, here. Zero stars.

    Purchased a LG washer and dryer set. Was delivered and immediately destroys a bunch of clothing items. Called LG and they knew about the problem and said they would send a part for us to install and fix it. Now it's having another issue. Called Lowe's to have them come fix the vent hose as they stuffed a ton of and it kinked up behind. They refuse. They won't refund any money or fix anything. Haven't been able to use the dryer and damaged a bunch of clothes but hey that's our problem. There lady stated she can only refund some money back if there was a dent in it. So dent I get money back, the whole thing damaging clothes and not working well not their problem. Oh and sorry for our inconvenience. What a joke.
