I had an issue with my rent increase, I called and talked to Ann Gallegos and she was amazing. She got me answers in a timely manner and was able to reduce my rent. She was very polite and knowledgeable. The storage place is also very clean and well kept and easy to get to.

DO NOT PUT YOUR STUFF HERE! We paid for our unit up front for 6 months and when we got our next bill it DOUBLED in price. The management doesn't care, they say "its supply and demand". We waived our insurance on they unit (we told them we wanted to do this upfront) but we needed to sign a waiver. We did, they charged us for the 6 months ($60) and were told we would get a refund. We never did. They are offering us a $60 credit if we continue to pay for the unit. They said their system is INCAPABLE OF ISSUING A REFUND. If you look at other reviews you will see they raise the price every 4 months. If you want to keep something here for more than 3 months, it is a scam.
