Brad and Co. at Arvada Appliance helped us select a great fridge that met our criteria after old fridge died. We had the new one deliver the next day at a great price with excellent delivery staff that cared and made sure we were happy with the installation.

Arvada Appliance was great to work with! I have to admit I did get worried when the retail side of their business shut down since I had ordered all new appliances thru them! During that time it was not easy to get in touch with the business! I can only imagine what they were going thru, trying to handle wrapping up the retail, since I have been a small business accountant for over 40 years! Brad Corn was true to his word and followed thru with my appliance purchase and ultimate installation. His service employees were courteous and prompt and efficient with the installation. I will not hesitate to contact them if my new appliances need service in the future!

They are closed, it’s a recent thing. That’s why everyone is saying they are on hold and no one answers or responds, cuz it’s an empty, closed store. 🥺There is a number on the door you can call if you need assistance I believe, but not a trace of Arvada appliance remains, not sure what happened there.

I purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer from Arvada Appliance because I believed Speed Queen's reputation for quality and reliability made them a better choice than other brands. Unfortunately, within just a few months, I began experiencing problems with both the washer and the dryer. The issues with both appliances have been extremely disappointing, especially considering the premium price and the brand's reputation for durability. I expected dependable, trouble-free performance, but that has not been my experience. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of customer service from Arvada Appliance. I called three separate times seeking assistance and never received a return call. When you invest in premium appliances, you also expect responsive customer support if something goes wrong. Based on my experience, I have been disappointed with both the reliability of the Speed Queen products and the customer service I received from Arvada Appliance. I hope Speed Queen improves the quality of their products and Arvada Appliance improves their customer support after the sale.
