Let me start off by saying, I have been a customer at this facility 3 different times over the last 11 years. I experienced the old manager and the new manager. My experience this time has been amazing. We had a few hiccups and ended up needing an additional storage, and the manager made everything so seamless, and so easy. Moving is completely stressful as it is and to have her be so compassionate and understanding is amazing. I had another hiccup and thought we were going to be receving our keys this week and unfortunately, the home that we are going to move into is not ready. We need a few more days and she is beyond understanding. Times are really hard right now, so even the smallest gestures are incredible. If yall ever need a really good storage company and a really good manager who is willing to go above and beyond, Come check this place out.
