After a year of debating we finally pulled the trigger and got the Cloud modular sofa set. The ottoman is huge Very comfortable. They keep us informed on the delivery and took great care in setting up the couch, fluffing it up and even steaming it to get some of the packaging lines out. The quality of the furniture is exquisite. From sales presentation to delivery and set up expert represented the RH brand.
