  Check my profile I rarely make reviews unless something truly stands out! The worst, and I TRUELY MEAN THE WORST EXPERIENCE! I required 5 treatments for ants in the first 3 months because each treatment caused more ants INSIDE the house. They were trapped under the house crawlspace (from outside border treatment) and I was told MULTIPLE times by separate reps that they will send a "SPECIALIST" to deal with under the house. Each tech sent had no idea what I was told but they NEVER go under the house. Never fixed the issue and was told I used up my "courtesy visits" they would have to charge for additional visits now! BUT THEY NEVER FIXED THE ISSUE YOU SAY!?!?! DOESNT MATTER!!! BACK TO QUARTERLY SPRAYING and monthly billing. Needless to say a year later and still have same issue. BILLING is even worse. Contract was negotiated for discounted service fee and first month free since I was returning customer only for them to charge a final month fee AFTER my contract is over since my contract states 12 months of payments. I was told it DOES NOT MATTER what I was told, only the contract, checked contract and sure enough they never amended the 12 months to be 11!!!! BAIT AND SWITCH, they just delayed the start date of payments by one month to make it look like I got October free!!!! So much for returning customer discount, CHECK BEFORE YOU digitally sign, or better yet avoid this trash company. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Lastly, customer service is outsourced to some country with African accents, (after AI answering service), so be prepared for that wonderful customer centric experience /s. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

  My technician didn’t bush the windows pane and didn’t service the bait box or call to communicate he’s was present on the property to open the garage and spray the inside of the house, I left feedback comments with me being very unsatisfied but yet to here back or even have the field tech come back out. And the door to door sales rep mentioned that he would personally come out and service my house if I wasn’t happy, funny, he doesn’t answer my calls. My very first service tech was excellent and called when he was outside to have a face to face on what needs attention.

  Aptive mislead on pricing, I was told $49.00 every 3 months due to them raising their price and I was gonna cancel, I was charged $49.00 every month, so for 2 months it was $98.00 and then said they come out every 30 to 60 days but no one ever came out to service my home, now their charging me $199.00 cancellation fee, check my subscription as they call it, does not show an amount to cancel your subscription.

  Came once took my money and haven’t come back since. Now I have mosquitoes and no reply from them. Gave comments on first service and made some requests and didn’t hear back. I signed a one year contract for very poor service. Still waiting to hear back. They hung one trap on a window so it cannot be opened. Another trap on a hook by my backyard clock looks horrible. You are the most horrible contractor I have ever worked with. My next stop is state license board. Shame on you crooked people

  Horrible! When I signed up I was told the window for service agent to show up was 2 hours, well that was I lie it’s 4 hours. I need to take time off work because I need them to service the interior of my home. I was also told I can select a specific service rep to show up every time if that’s what I prefer. Well that was a lie as well. I was also told if there was a specific product I wanted used in my home based on my needs I could request that as well. That’s another lie. I requested a product that the company carries twice and the service that showed up didn’t bring it with him and told me it wasn’t a flag on my account to bring that for the service (let me remind you I requested it twice) and even it is was on the notes since he didn’t have that product with him it wouldn’t have made a difference if the account did have that flag on my account. Save yourself the hassle of this company that doesn’t care about customer service.
