A solicitor came out to sell me a service. I feel like they were not very forthcoming about everything. They told me $199 cancellation fee before the contract date ended would be for “traps and equipment” but they didn’t leave any. They sold me that people in my neighborhood had services that day and thats why they were in the neighborhood and could get the service done the same day and never showed up.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. Making the appointment was very straightforward and the agent (i believe Zach) who came out the very next day was extremely professional and efficient. He explained everything he was going to do and I expressed my concern about spraying our garden which he reassured me he would avoid. He used an organic EPA friendly spray.

We've been using aptive for over a year and we're unable to solve the roach problem. Every employee that came was very nice and would tell us how the previous one didn't do it right. We packed up the entire kitchen into plastic boxes, cleared every cabinet and there are still roaches after a year and a half of service. They do not have s guarantee as other companies do and do not really care that the problem still persists. Did not give any issue with us canceling our try any resulting. $1600 wasted on our opinion. Going with someone who guarantees their work and knows what they are doing.

I use aptive pest control and as long as they spray outside they are good. This time I wanted them to service my attic because I am having a problem with spiders in it. The service person told me he couldn’t spray in the attic because it wasn’t a finished area. I asked if he couldn’t spray could he put a powder chemical instead and he told me he was out of it and his equipment was broken. I had called a couple days before and requested that specific service. He should have come prepared. I feel like I got a run around when I fully wanted to use the service that I pay for.

Disappointed. Signed up for 3 year plan. Was promised treatment of entire property with extra attention to various locations. Unfortunately it rained and they only sprayed the perimeter of my home, which I feel, should’ve been rescheduled. I continued to see problem areas. I advised them I felt I wasn’t in a position to know if I was satisfied or not because the full treatment wasn’t done and if I canceled later I’d be charged $199. The rep Nathalie, assured me she’d be sending someone back to provide full treatment of my property. I agreed. First of all they didn’t arrive at the scheduled time slot and no one bothered to advise me. I had to call. Then when they arrived 5 hours later, they only provided the perimeter of my home AGAIN and only spot treated a couple of ant hills on my grass. I told him I was promised full treatment. And he said, this is a re-treatment and I’m only able to do the perimeter of the home. Everyone was kind but poor communication. Almost like they’re not really listening. I called to cancel because I’m tired of paying for things I regret. They canceled me with no charge, but sadly, they didn’t even attempt to make it right to save the account. Will be looking elsewhere.
