Alex came to my home and told me that the spray was pet friendly, that we can stay in the house while they spray and that they would leave mosquito traps in my back yard. They sprayed on July 3rd. My dog started vomiting that same day. My Asthma flared up and they left no traps. I called Alex and he told me we shouldn't of let the dog back in for at least half hour to an hour. I was never told that. Plus un 4th of July we were getting bit by mosquitos. I called to cancel and they still charges me $200. Be careful when dealing with them.

Selected the premium service from the sales agent and indicated I have an extreme issue with mosquitoes. That was my primary reason for signing up. I have a great outdoor space but the mosquitoes are vicious. He agreed to ensure bait traps were set for an upcoming movie night. The service provider showed up and sprayed but he had no bait traps. He indicated he would have someone else stop by and set them up. No one came. I was displeased so I called to exercise my right of rescission and cancel the contract. Unfortunately it was the 4th and the automated chatbot instructed me to call back during business hours. Called on Monday as was scheduled an appointment with a 4 hour window. Waited the 4 hours and the service provider “no-showed.” Called and waited 45 minutes to speak with agent so I could cancel the contract and got the most combative, unprofessional agent I have experienced in a while. She explained I missed my window to cancel, the agent may have had personal reasons for not being able to make the appointment, refused to let me speak with a supervisor and then disconnected my call after telling me I would be invoiced for the cancellation fee. I called back and spoke with a supervisor who was professional and she waived the fee and documented the previous agents behavior for escalation.

The gentlemen who who have taken care of my house are very thorough. This time I had stepped out of the house so I was called to inquire if there was anything that was concerning. As always, this young man was polite and respectful. I live right next to a sewer manhole, so BIG cockroaches are a real problem. After every service there are dead cockroaches all around the outside of my house! Every dead one outside is one that didn’t make it in! Very happy with this service!

I have been using Aptive for a few years now. Our family comments on the reduction of our most annoying creepy crawlies, the huge roaches. We rarely see them anymore. Yesterday we had a treatment, and the guys came into our home to examine our kitchen because I complained about tiny beetles. They showed us all the places they could be entering the house, and things they probably are attracted to, and gave us sticky trays (not blue trays), and sprayed with a clove oil mixture. I appreciate the approach and that they are as natural as possible to treat bugs.

Unfortunately i signed up the contract for a year. The service varies depending on who shows up some guys do just good some don't. However i am canceling my service with this company my next appointment was scheduled for july 10th. Today is june 24th and i am not even home. Their tech decided to show up to treat my house they only spray the porch because no one is home to give access to the backyard and i got charged for the service! Then i called customer service to prevent them from charging my card. They went ahead and charged me anyway. Very very bad practices. And one the photos of the supposedly treatment is not even my house porch. It's some random porch. So why am i paying for their mistake? The supposedly supervisor said she couldn't do anything. I would lile to know of she'd pay for something that did not get done on a day that was not even scheduled to be done. I am very upset

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
