  This is the first storage I've stored my valuables, where it was absent of rodents and insects. The temperature was always just right. The grounds inside and outside were spotless! My belongings were absent of any weather or water damage. Customer service was more than i could ask for. Nicole made the move-in process go very smooth. She was very knowledgable and understanding of my needs. I was so overwhelmed with my last minute move, and she was very patient, warm, and made me feel like I wasn't just another customer. I no longer need a storage, but I was sad to leave. I looked forward to stopping by to update her and company on my progress. I had the storage for over a year. Thank you for a great year, Nicole! I wish you all the best!

  I’m a full time college student who had a break in her lease contract over the summer. I needed a place to store my stuff for a little over a month and found this storage site! Customer service was fantastic!! Nicole (the property manager) made sure to answer all my questions since this was my first time renting any unit ever. She was so sweet and got back to me incredibly fast if i ever left any voicemails after hours. Super thankful the owners were very understanding and accommodating with my college schedule and budget. Although it’s located behind a couple businesses it still has a locked gate that made the whole site secure. Our unit was one of the smallest (5x5 or 5x6sh I believe?) inside a hallway and was able to fit items from 2 women bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a good amount of kitchen items when stacked. Although the unit was not temp controlled, the Sacramento/Davis/Woodland area had a heatwave up to 113 degrees and everything was perfectly okay. Had absolutely no bad experiences and will be back again! (:

  We had a great experience getting our storage unit. We had an issue with our Id but the staff helped us quickly resolve the issue. Highly recommended!!!

  Customer service was excellent, respectful and highly knowledgeable and informational on storage rates and what storage size will best suite your storage needs will highly recommend to anybody in need of storage space
