Nora was extremely pleasant, personable, efficient, empathetic and understanding She was also very patient answering all my many questions. We even did math together to figure out the finances! She made sure I had contact info for any issues. The facility was clean and appears secure. The elevator was functional and carts were available when I accessed my unit. Be prepared for a monthly insurance fee, which I was not prepared for (but may have overlooked that on the website).
