  Be VERY careful what you order. I ordered a pillow top replacement for my bed, and when it was shipped, it was just a "sheet cover". I called the company and explained what I needed. After several minutes on the phone, they were finally able to find the right item, which was misplaced on the website. They took my return but charged me for shipping it here and to ship it back after their mistake, it cost me an additional $90. I also had to contact them to initiate the return process; otherwise, I was not going to get my money back. They will take returns, but you will pay the piper in shipping both ways.

  I had a wonderful experience when I purchased my new custom made softside waterbed mattress. I met Mike, Operations Manager who is a real breath of fresh air. Mike is attentive, knows his products, is courteous and thorough. When my bed arrived, in less time that expected, Mike was there on the phone to help me assemble it correctly!! This is the second softside waterbed I have purchased. They have improved so much and with this company you can build your own and all the softside waterbed mattresses have parts lists and available stock!! I will definitely purchase another for my guest room someday!! Thank you Mike and The Waterbed Doctor!! I am sleeping better and I thank you for everything!! Great job!!
