I’ve been a tenant here for the last 4 years and have nothing but amazing things to say about the SoCal in Westlake. The entire team is so friendly and has helped me out a ton. Larry always goes out of his way to make sure I’m paying on time by sending me email alert reminders and actually cares, unlike other units who just want to take ur money and hope you get late fees they can munch on. We always have great conversations whenever we speak and the team here at SoCal Westlake has made me feel extremely comfortable storing all my personal belongings here. Anyone reading this, go with a storage facility like here rather than one that doesn’t care about you at all. It’s ran amazingly

Its been a long time since I've rented a storage unit but I'm so glad I picked this location. Larry and the office staff were very knowledgable and helpful with everything. The unit was super clean, the facility is well-lit and very secure. We had no issues. If I do rent one again, I'm hoping they have availability!

Larry and Bobby made storing my entire home during a major renovation far less stressful than I expected. They clearly explained my options, handled the reservation and paperwork efficiently, and were friendly and professional throughout. On moving day, I realized that I needed a larger unit than originally planned. They quickly found one for me without any hassle or pressure. After this experience, SoCal Storage Westlake Village is now my go-to for all future storage needs. I highly recommend this facility !

I can't remember the last time I wrote a review, but this one feels necessary because of the great experience I had with this company and more specifically, Larry. I recently had to figure out how to have a motorcycle moved from a storage unit here all the way to South Florida after my dad passed away, and Larry was extremely helpful every step of the way. The customer service and empathy he displayed was truly exceptional and is unlike anything I experience down here in South Florida. I hope this company values him as much as the customers do because he is incredible!! Thanks again Larry!
