  Larry and Bobby made storing my entire home during a major renovation far less stressful than I expected. They clearly explained my options, handled the reservation and paperwork efficiently, and were friendly and professional throughout. On moving day, I realized that I needed a larger unit than originally planned. They quickly found one for me without any hassle or pressure. After this experience, SoCal Storage Westlake Village is now my go-to for all future storage needs. I highly recommend this facility !

  I can't remember the last time I wrote a review, but this one feels necessary because of the great experience I had with this company and more specifically, Larry. I recently had to figure out how to have a motorcycle moved from a storage unit here all the way to South Florida after my dad passed away, and Larry was extremely helpful every step of the way. The customer service and empathy he displayed was truly exceptional and is unlike anything I experience down here in South Florida. I hope this company values him as much as the customers do because he is incredible!! Thanks again Larry!

  Such a fabulous place to store Our things! Great location, kept so wonderfully clean! Larry and Ed looked out for us and are such a pleasure to work with!

  Don't reserve a truck here - they wont honor the reservation and you will be left with no options.

  I needed to get a storage unit on short notice, with easy access and decent size. I called PS, the big chain storage place, and wasn't particularly impressed with the pricing or unit location. Then, I remembered seeing SoCal Self Storage on Hampshire Rd. while driving by in the past and thought I'd check it out... I talked to Russ on the phone, and he offered me everything I was looking for. I got a unit I could drive up to like a garage, in the size I needed. And that's all fine... But, I can honestly say that's not what was impressive. Aside from the fact that the facility is absolutely spottless and well maintained, the service is remarkable... There is a level of customer service going on over there - between Russ and Dub - that's pretty much lost these days. I was provided a special move-in rate, a free truck to do the move (????), and on a couple of occasions when I was late getting my bill paid the guys called repeatedly to help me avoid late fees. These guys treat you with first-name personal relationship service. Pretty much a lost art these days. I cannot more highly recommend them. Thanks guys... Patrick C. - Westlake Village, CA
